You will need to provide a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card number, as well as the expiration
date of your card to make a reservation. This holds the room for you. Payment is made
upon check-out. Cash or debit is preferred however not necessary.
As we are a small Inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to
cancel or modify your one guest room reservation, please call us at least 72 hours prior to noon on your scheduled
check-in date. If you are not able to provide us a 72 hour notice the rate quoted on the reservation
plus HST will be charged to your credit card provided. Please also note that shortening your stay is
considered a cancellation.
For guests reserving two or three of our three rooms, or reserving to stay with us for seven nights,
if you need to cancel your reservation please call us at least seven days prior to noon on your check-in date. If you are not able to provide us a seven
day notice the rate quoted on the reservation plus HST will be charged to your credit card provided.
Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation.
The Tymparon Inn
is strictly a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will
result in cleaning fees equal to a minimum of one night's stay. Smokers
who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate the inn for
lost revenue.
Any damage
caused by guests necessitating repairs, replacement or excessive cleaning will
be charged to the credit card used to secure the guests' reservation.
All
rooms are for 2 persons only and include a delicious full hot breakfast served in the Cabernet Room.
Rates are
quoted in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of 13% HST.
Reservations
are non-transferable and the innkeepers reserve the right to refuse reservations
or service.
We are
very pleased to offer returning guests a special "friends" discount.
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac Debit, Cash and Traveler's Cheques for
payment, although Debit or Cash are preferred and encouraged.
We offer retired ex-military personnel a 5% discount during our regular season, 1
May through 31 October. This discount is not available during our
off-season and may not be combined with other innkeeper special packages.
The
Inn is appropriate for children age 6 and older.

to learn more about this option. We have two family pets in residence: Molly, our eleven year old short
haired border collie / blue tick hound is very friendly and Teddy, our three and a half year old ginger is a bundle of
energy. Sadly on October 19, 2010 our 19 year old tabby cat Tiger was put to rest. He is now at
peace however is dearly missed. Our family pets are confined to our personal quarters so will not
disturb guests. Molly will probably greet you with a quick bark, but it's quite welcoming.
