Check-in between 4 and 7 p.m. or by prior arrangement so we may accommodate you.
Check-out by 11am.
You will need to provide a valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card number, as well as the expiration
date of your card to make a reservation. Your credit card is only used to hold your reservation. It is not charged when you make a reservation with us,
as we do not require a deposit.
As we are a small Inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or
modify your reservation, please call us 72 hours prior to noon on your scheduled
check-in date.
- If you are not able to provide the required 72 hour notice and we are
able to reassign the room(s), no charge will occur.
- If you are not able to provide the required
72 hour notice and we are not able to reassign the room(s), the rate
quoted on the reservation will be charged to your credit card provided.
- Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a
cancellation. The Tymparon Inn
is strictly a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will
result in cleaning fees equal to a minimum of one night's stay. Smokers
who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate the inn for
lost revenue.
Any damage
caused by guests necessitating repairs, replacement or excessive cleaning will
be charged to the credit card used to secure the guests' reservation.
All
rooms are for 2 persons only and include a delicious full hot breakfast served in the Cabernet Room.
Rates are
quoted in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of taxes / charges.
Reservations
are non-transferable and the innkeepers reserve the right to refuse reservations
or service.
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac Debit, Cash and Traveler's Cheques for
payment, although Debit or Cash are preferred and encouraged.
We offer retired ex-military personnel a 5% discount during our regular season,
May 1st through December 31st. This discount is not available during our
off-season and may not be combined with other innkeeper special packages.
We are also pleased to offer returning guests a discount.
The
Inn is appropriate for children age 6 and older.
So
sorry, but we are not able to accommodate your traveling pets, even though we
are genuine pet lovers. We have 2
family pets in
residence already. Molly, our 7 year old short haired border collie is
very friendly and
Tiger, our 15 year old tabby cat spends his time bird watching or
sleeping. Both are confined to our personal quarters so will not disturb guests. Molly
will probably greet you with a quick bark, but it's very welcoming.
