Guest Information
Check-in between 4 and 7 p.m. or by prior arrangement so we may accommodate you.
Check-out by 11am.
You will need to provide a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card number, as well as the expiration
date of your card to make a reservation. This holds the room for you. Payment is made
upon check-out. Cash or debit is preferred however not necessary.
As we are a small Inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or
modify your reservation, please call us 72 hours prior to noon on your scheduled
check-in date.
- If you are not able to provide the required 72 hour notice and we are
able to reassign the room(s), no charge will occur.
- If you are not able to provide the required
72 hour notice and we are not able to reassign the room(s), the rate
quoted on the reservation will be charged to your credit card provided.
- Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a
cancellation.
The Tymparon Inn
is strictly a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will
result in cleaning fees equal to a minimum of one night's stay. Smokers
who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate the inn for
lost revenue.
Any damage
caused by guests necessitating repairs, replacement or excessive cleaning will
be charged to the credit card used to secure the guests' reservation.
All
rooms are for 2 persons only and include a delicious full hot breakfast served in the Cabernet Room.
Rates are
quoted in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of 13% HST.
Reservations
are non-transferable and the innkeepers reserve the right to refuse reservations
or service.
We are
very pleased to offer returning guests a special "friends" discount.
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac Debit, Cash and Traveler's Cheques for
payment, although Debit or Cash are preferred and encouraged.
We offer retired ex-military personnel a 5% discount during our regular season, 1
May through 30 November. This discount is not available during our
off-season and may not be combined with other innkeeper special packages.
The
Inn is appropriate for children age 6 and older.
We are pleased to let our
guests know that you may also bring your beloved family dog with you to The Tymparon Inn. Please visit our
page about our Dog Guests to learn more about this option. Guests should also know
that we have three family pets in residence: Molly, our ten year old short haired border collie / hound is
very friendly; Tiger, our 19 year old tabby spends his time bird watching or sleeping; and Teddy, our two
year old ginger, although still a ball of energy, he and Tiger have become wonderful companions.
Fortunately for us, all three of our pets are great friends. They are all confined to our personal
quarters so will not disturb guests. Molly will probably greet you with a quick bark, but it's
very welcoming.
